As a Certified Nutrition Specialist, Graham has developed the skill set that TRULY brings lasting changes in physique, body composition, health, mood, strength, endurance, vitality and general well-being.  Possessing a vast knowledge of "food nutrition" is only the beginning of meaningful intervention.  Graham utilizes change psychology techniques, motivational strategies, healthy "cheet sheets" and many other strategies that are designed to make the transition to a healthier lifestyle, or to the individual's desired body type, more appealing, less restrictive, and therefore longer lasting.

In addition to training his private clients at select locations, Graham trains many of his clients at Fortune Gym (a well known boxing gym in West Hollywood).  The owner, Justin Fortune is a former pro fighter and the current strength and conditioning coach for Manny Pacquiao.  Graham has personally worked with Justin and other well established fighters at Fortune and has been dedicated to learning from the best before committing to teaching the sport. He combines his own sports performance and general fitness expertise with boxing style mittwork, a fundamental and integral aspect of boxing, in order to provide a fun and challenging workout that can whip you into shape and teach you proper boxing techniques at the same time!

Personalized "Mind Movie"

STRAIGHT FROM GRAHAM

It all comes down to this; If we are all aware of the prevalent idea that "the mind controls the body", then why do we as health, fitness, and performance coaches NOT spend more time training the mind as well as the body?  After asking myself this question and subsequently researching everything related to this topic, I began developing a system of incorporating what I learned about Neuroscience and processes of the brain with fitness. I created a system of designing personalized virtual vision boards, or "Mind Movies", and mixing them with binaural beats in order to entrain the brain to frequencies (such as theta) which have been proven through brain imaging to stimulate certain states of consciousness such as relaxation, awareness, positive emotion, focus, motivation, confidence, love and impression on the subconcious mind. I also use other frequencies which have displayed powerful effects on the cells of the body all the way down to DNA.  These "Mind Movies" utilize a well known strategy of delivering powerful imagery to the subconcious mind and in effect, re-shaping the framework of the brain's deep rooted belief system about reality or "Neural Network".
